Gurpreet Garcha is the co-ordinator of Berwick Gilbey.
As a senior consultant at Lighthouse, Gurpreet is an experienced presenter. She has worked on projects in the legal, accountancy, financial services and other professional services sectors. She has been instrumental in the development of Lighthouse's Client Centric Index, a proprietary diagnostic that allows firms to benchmark how client centric they are against other advisory firms.
Gurpreet has helped organisations such as KPMG, Herbert Smith, Beachcroft, ACCA and DTZ become more client centric through her work on client loyalty, brand development, thought leadership and market strategy projects.
She recently completed a secondment at one of the Big Four accountancy firms, which allowed her to see first-hand the challenges of consistently delivering against clients' rising expectations in a global organisation.
Gurpreet graduated in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
